i booked a beautiful double room two double beds. the hotel is a short walk from the airport terminals. it was no more than ten minutes. the room was comfortable and well appointed. breakfast had a good range of food, it was very nice. staff upon arrival and leaving were helpful.
it took me over thirty minutes to ask for more pillows. i had to use google because it was faster than their qr code. there were no telephones or instructions for room facilities. the aircon was set and a bit too hot.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Present

The lack of communication was frustrating. I requested a shuttle, but staff directed me to walk. They said it was a quick walk, while the shuttle would take much longer! The next day, I discovered the shuttle wasn't available anyway due to maintenance. No one informed me. This seems unacceptable for an airport hotel.

Staff seemed friendly, and the restaurant offered good choices for food and drinks. The walk to the terminal took only five minutes, and it was an easy level walk. I liked that they offer block-out blinds, which allowed me to sleep after arriving overnight.
Figuring out how to ask for more pillows took thirty minutes because there were no telephones. It was quicker to use Google than to use the QR code on their website. Aircon felt a bit hot.

The room has comfortable features and provides a relaxing area. The beautiful king room offered a king bed for the duration of my stay. Blackout blinds are available in the room for blocking out any sunlight.

Convenient and Modern Stay

The shuttle service to the terminals was very helpful. i found it cheaper than other nearby hotels offering similar comfort. restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. I appreciated that. the gym and pool gave me options for relaxation before my flight.
The path from the terminal lacked a proper footpath. I had to navigate bus and taxi lanes with luggage.

The buffet breakfast featured plenty of choices and a good variety of food. i had to pay extra for barista coffee at breakfast. That was unexpected. i thought it was well-stocked and maintained.

The room was modern and clean with a classy bathroom. everything seemed new and tidy. I liked that. the bed was comfortable, though aircraft noise was noticeable, so i used earplugs.
